• Obtain factual, procedural, legal and other types of information by conducting interviews with client, witnesses, experts and other resources to identify the facts relating to the client's matter.
• Research and compile facts.
• Validate and update legal research by using citations and other relevant authorities (including, but not limited to computer-assisted legal research) to verify the accuracy of research.
